As he analyzed my A/C system he explained all the readings and discussed the condition of my air conditioning unit. His analysis was not just to check the Freon pressure. And the best part, the analysis was free unless repairs needed to be made. DK Power is my go to for air conditioning from now on.

HIGHLY recommend. Air Conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. Called on a Friday night late. Answered the phone and tried to help over the phone first. Came out first thing next morning, (even though he had other appointments). Very knowledgeable and changed out a part in just a few hours. Breath of fresh air compared to the OTHER local companies we have used. We will be using them from here on out.

Chris was professional and skipped all of the big companies nonsense, we payed for what we needed and that is it. We called Chris in the morning to get some Freon refilled into our unit and he came a couple hours later when the lines had thawed to get a better reading on his gauge. So we only payed for the exact amount of Freon we needed.Highly recommend DK-Power for any HVAC work.

DK Power is who you want when having any heating or a/c problems. Chris is a very sharp technician who can diagnose any problem you're having. When my furnace broke on the coldest day in 2 decades (1/30/19), Chris showed up exactly when he said he'd be there. He was able to quickly solve the problem and had me running in no time. Same way in the past when I was having a problem with my a/c. Once it's fixed he'll explain what the problem was and how he fixed it, in easy to understand terms.
